By accessing or using EnrollinX, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

EnrollinX is built for:

• Students planning or pursuing study abroad
• Education Partners, Universities, Employers, Service Partners, Growth Partners and Referral Partners
• Website visitors exploring the platform before creating an account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials confidential
• Partner and organisation accounts require EnrollinX approval before going live — we're a vetted network, not a self-serve free-for-all
• EnrollinX may reject, restrict or suspend an account that doesn't meet our standards

As a student, you agree to:

• Provide accurate profile and application information
• Upload genuine documents
• Use the platform lawfully and respect other users
• Avoid false reports or misuse of the reporting system

EnrollinX supports your journey but does not guarantee admission, visa approval, scholarships, jobs or employment outcomes. Readiness scores and Leo's guidance are indicative, not a promise.

As an Education Partner or University, you agree to:

• Provide accurate organisation details and follow our approval process
• Maintain professional conduct with students
• Never make guaranteed visa, admission or job claims to students
• Follow your Agreement Builder terms and keep student information confidential
• Never access a student's passport, visa documents, bank statements or sponsor details

As an Employer, you agree to:

• Post genuine job, internship and placement opportunities
• Follow fair, non-discriminatory recruitment practice
• Never request inappropriate payments from candidates
• Only use Career Passport data a student has chosen to share with you
• All postings require EnrollinX approval before publishing

As a Service Partner, you agree to:

• List genuine products and services and honour any offers you publish
• Handle student enquiries professionally
• Avoid misleading pricing or promises

• Only your approved promo codes and tracking links may be used to represent EnrollinX
• No fake traffic, fake referrals, or unauthorised claims about the platform
• Commissions are subject to verification before payment
• EnrollinX may pause, expire or terminate a link or code at its discretion

Leo provides guidance and support, but is not a substitute for professional legal, immigration, financial or medical advice. Leo does not make binding decisions, and does not guarantee any outcome. Where a decision matters, verify it with your Education Partner, employer, or an official source.

This covers anything you upload or post — your profile, reviews, reports, messages, documents, Career Passport content and marketing content you submit as a partner.

You must not upload:

• Illegal or false content, or fabricated documents
• Harmful, discriminatory or malicious content
• Malware or anything intended to compromise platform security
• Personal data belonging to someone else without their permission

• Reviews may be moderated before or after publishing
• Reports are investigated, and serious concerns can be escalated to the EnrollinX team
• False or malicious reports may lead to account restrictions
• Anonymous reports never reveal the reporter's identity to the party being reported

• Commissions are subject to verification and are recorded and confirmed by the EnrollinX team, not an automated black box
• Payment timing may vary
• Fraudulent or unverifiable referrals can be rejected
• Where a specific Agreement Builder contract exists, its terms take priority over this general statement

EnrollinX owns the platform's design, software, brand and AI models. You retain ownership of content you upload, and grant EnrollinX a licence to use it to operate the platform's services (for example, showing your Career Passport to an employer you've shared it with).

EnrollinX may restrict or suspend an account for:

• Misuse of the platform or false information
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity
• An expired or breached partner agreement
• Unsafe behaviour toward another user
• Breach of these Terms

EnrollinX is provided "as is". We do not guarantee:

• Admission to any course or institution
• Visa approval
• Scholarship awards
• Job placement or employment outcomes
• Uninterrupted platform availability — information and features may change

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EnrollinX is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. This section, and the liability terms above, are being finalised as part of our formal legal review.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of EnrollinX after a change means you accept the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
