Most AI assistants ask you to take their word for it. Leo answers from articles the EnrollinX team writes, reviews and approves — and puts the sources on screen so you can check them. Ask it anything from a dedicated page, or from the Leo button that follows you across your dashboard.

How long does my visa decision usually take?
Standard processing is usually around three weeks once you've attended your appointment, though it varies by country and time of year. Readiness, matching and deadline alerts don't run through a language model — and we think that's the right call. They're rule-based engines where every factor carries a weight you can see, the same inputs always give the same answer, and nothing changes quietly underneath you. Leo reads those results and can talk you through what they mean; it doesn't compute them.

Nothing here auto-approves or auto-rejects
No score, flag or suggestion decides an application, a document or a candidate. When a document upload is flagged, it's raised as a possible issue for a person to review — the wording is deliberately “needs review”, never an accusation, and it never changes your document's status.

Partners get their own Leo, grounded in their own organisation's data — never another organisation's. Each one is told plainly what it may not do: no final application decisions, no automatic approving or rejecting of candidates, no regulated immigration advice, and a reminder to review any drafted message before it goes out.

First pass
The draft
Copy written for the format you picked, using your real campaign details rather than generic filler.
Second pass
The review
A separate model then reads that draft back against five named categories of misleading claim — guaranteed visas, guaranteed jobs, guaranteed acceptance and the like. If something trips, you get the draft, a clear warning about what tripped, and a safer rewrite beside it.
You choose which version to post. Every draft carries an AI-generated notice.
Growth Partners also get Performance Insights — a short read of their own click, sign-up and application funnel. Every observation has to trace back to a number already on the page, and it's explicitly barred from forecasting.

Leo's sources aren't scraped from the internet. They're articles our team drafts, reviews and approves, with visibility set per audience — which is why Leo can cite them.
Your own AI decision log
We record the AI decisions we make, and students can read their own — the model used, what was looked at, the outcome and the factors that carried weight.
Access that's checked twice
Every AI page is role-guarded on the server, and the assistants check your role again at the API before answering. A partner's Leo is scoped to their organisation's data.
Deliberately limited by design
Some limits are enforced in the code, not just requested in a prompt. A parent's Leo, for example, only ever receives counts — the underlying applications and documents are never fetched, so it cannot reveal them.
Leo runs on Llama 3.3 70B, served by Groq. We don't train models on your data. Leo can make mistakes — always check anything important before you act on it.
