Why Shanth built EnrollinX
International students are sold a polished version of studying abroad, then meet a much harder reality on arrival. Support is strong through admissions and becomes limited the moment you enrol — after that, direction becomes unclear, and students depend on themselves to survive, adapt and succeed.
EnrollinX exists to close that gap: one connected platform carrying a student from choosing a course and applying, through visa and arrival, into employability and career. Shanth founded NxtGener first, and EnrollinX is the product that came out of it.
He came to the UK from Sri Lanka as an international student himself, and graduated from the University of East London with a BSc (Hons) in Cyber Security and Networks — the journey EnrollinX is built around is one he made first.

What he's building
Before founding the company, Shanth worked closely with students at different stages of their education journey, and saw first-hand the misinformation, confusion and lack of genuine support many face when exploring study-abroad opportunities.
“My goal is to build NxtGener into a trusted global ecosystem that connects students, universities, support services, and career pathways in one place. I am developing NxtGener not just as a consultancy, but as a future-focused education brand with strong ambitions in digital transformation, ethical student support, and AI-powered EdTech innovation.”
