Do I need to run an agency to become a Recruitment Consultant?
No. It's built for independent individuals — there's no organisation, team, or minimum size required. You apply and work in your own name.
How do I get approved?
After you sign up, the EnrollinX team reviews and approves your application before you get access to the dashboard and tools. It isn't instant self-serve signup — that review protects students and keeps the role trustworthy.
What does my personal recruitment link actually do?
It's generated in My Codes & Links. Any student who signs up through it is automatically connected to you as their consultant — tracked from the first click, with nothing extra for you to set up.
Can I mark a student's application as "enrolled" myself?
No. You can move an application through every other stage, request and verify documents, and add notes — but the final "enrolled" confirmation, the one commission is paid on, always stays with EnrollinX. It's what keeps every consultant's numbers honest and comparable.
How and when do I get paid?
Commissions are tracked per student and per application in My Commissions, which shows what's pending and what's been paid. Payout timing is set and processed by EnrollinX.
Is approval required?
Yes. Every organisation is reviewed by our team before its dashboard goes live — that review is what lets students trust the partners they find here.
Is there a cost to join?
Joining is free, with no credit card required. Access is approval-based rather than automatic.
Are agreements required?
Yes. Terms are sent through Agreement Builder, signed digitally, and kept on file with their full version history.
Does EnrollinX guarantee results?
No. EnrollinX provides tools, visibility, tracking and partnership opportunities — it does not guarantee student sign-ups, admissions, revenue, commissions, hires or service sales.
